DRISHTARTHA SHAREERAM – 2024 - WORKSHOP ON DESCRIPTIVE DISSECTION OF CNS
Drishtartha Shareeram-2024, Workshop on Descriptive Dissection of CNS was organized by the Dept of Shareera Rachana of our institution on 06-03-2024.
This unique program was inaugurated by Dr. Vidya. C. S, Professor & Head, JSS Medical College, Mysuru in the respected presence of Principal, Dr. Sarbeswar Kar, Dean, Dr. Rajesh Udapudi, Dr. Alka Jayavanth Kumar, Dr. Shelly Divyadarshan and Dr. Chaitra. S along with all delegates.
The Inaugural Program was followed by 1st session:
1st session was on Dissection of Cerebellum and was demonstrated by Dr.Vidya. C.S, Professor & Head, JSS Medical College, Mysuru.
Dr. Shivaprakash, Associate Professor, Dept. of Anatomy, JSS Medical College, Mysuru was the next resource person who demonstrated the dissection of Brain stem.
Afternoon session started by dissection of Spinal cord by Dr. Poonam, Assistant Professor, Dept. of Anatomy, JSS Medical College, Mysuru.
Second demonstration of the afternoon session was by Dr. Shamsundar, Professor and Head (Retd), Dept. of Anatomy, JSS Medical College, Mysuru on Dissection of Cerebrum.
270 students of our institution, Govt. Ayurveda Medical College, Mysuru and Govt. Nature Cure & Yoga College, Mysuru got benefitted from the Workshop. All the students were enthusiastic and attentive throughout the workshop. At the end of the session, question answer time was given.
