Dr. Vasundhara S. – Bags Best Oral Scientific Paper Presentation Award
Dr. Vasundhara S, final year PG scholar of the Dept of PG & PhD studies in Rasa shastra & Bhaishajya Kalpana of our Institution, participated in WAPCON 2026, organized on 6th and 7th February 2026 at Visakhapatnam, with the theme “Swastha Nari – Sashaktha Bharat.”
She presented an innovative oral scientific paper titled “From Shastra to Start-Up: Ayurveda Cosmetics for Women Entrepreneurship,” highlighting the practical translation of classical Ayurvedic knowledge into sustainable entrepreneurial opportunities for women. Her paper presentation was highly appreciated for its originality, relevance, and societal impact.
She have secured First Prize, and was also awarded a mobile phone worth ₹25,000 in recognition of her excellence. This achievement brought immense honour and recognition to herself as well as to the institution.
Her accomplishment reflects academic brilliance, innovative thinking, and a strong commitment to women empowerment through Ayurveda. It stands as an inspiration to all emphasizing the importance of research, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
