Department of Emergency Medicine and Geriatrics of JSS Medical College and Hospital, Mysuru conducted a Geriatric Emergency Medicine CME on “Emergency Medicine for the Elderly- approach, considerations and insights” on 22nd July 2023 at Sri Rajendra Centenary Auditorium, JSS Hospital, Mysuru.

Scientific sections spanning over a variety of innovative topics including Integrated approach in various geriatric conditions, poly pharmacy, decoding delirium were conducted.

Dr. Nishchitha M S was invited has resource person and presented on the topic “ Effect of poly pharmacy on assessment of the geriatric patient in the emergency department “ - An integrated approach.
