REPUBLIC DAY CELEBRATION
76th Republic Day was celebrated on 26th January 2025 in the serene premises of the Institution with great enthusiasm.
On the occasion, Chief Guest, Dr. Pushpa, District AYUSH Officer, Mysuru, Dr Sarbeswar Kar, Principal, JSSAMC, Dr Shashibindu, NSS Officer, JSSAMC hoisted the National flag followed by National Anthem. After that, Patriotic song was sung by Miss Bhoomi M G & team, I BAMS students, followed by Patriotic group dance by Harshitha and team, IV BAMS, JSSAMC, Mysuru. Chief Guest Dr Pushpa, District AYUSH Officer, Mysuru, has conveyed Republic Day wishes to the gathering and recalled the good deeds of Dr B R Ambedkar and the team of constitution draft and paid tributes. Presidential address by Dr Sarbeshwar Kar, Principal & Medical Superintendent, JSS Ayurveda Medical College and Hospital presided over the function and spoke about republic day theme Virasat or Vikas, Golden India-Heritage and Development and conveyed Republic Day wishes to the gathering. All the staff of College and Hospital along with students were present.
