REPORT ON SANSKRIT QUIZ 2022 DEPARTMENT OF SAMHITA & SIDDHANTA
In commemoration with 107th Jayanti celebration of His Holiness Rajagurutilaka Jagadguru Dr. Rajendra Mahaswamiji Sanskrit प्रश्ननञ्जुषा- Quiz Contest was organized by the Department of Samhita & Siddhanta on 10th September, 2022.
20 I- BAMS students participated in the contest. Mrs. Shruti Aiyer, Asst. Professor in Sanskrit designed the quiz with Master Sudeep and Ms. Gnaneshwari of I-BAMS. Ms. Chaitanya maintained the score during quiz. Dr. Aparna Unni carried out the rounds.
The contest included 4 rounds, 20 questions each. Fun with Numbers, Sandhi, Sanjna, Paribhasha, Paryayavachi Pada, Nirukti these 3 rounds were based on Sanskrit Grammar, paper I syllabus. Guess the Sanskrit Logo/ Motto of Government Institutions of India was based on general knowledge.
Students participated enthusiastically and energetically. The quiz was enriching their general knowledge as well as the Grammar.
