INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION- 2023

OJSS Ayurveda Medical College, Mysuru celebrated 77th Independence Day on Tuesday, 15th August 2023 in the serene premises of the Institution with great enthusiasm.

On this occasion, Mrs. Ashwini Siddaramaiah, Philanthropist, Dr Sarbeswar Kar, Principal, Dr Rajesh. A. Udapudi, Dean, Dr Shashibindu, NSS Officer, hoisted the National flag followed by National Anthem.

After the Flag Hoisting, Patriotic song was sung by Sumedha Bhat and team of IV BAMS. This was followed by colourful dance performance for patriotic songs by I and IV BAMS students.

Prize distribution ceremony was conducted for various competitions Singing, Pencil Sketch, Rangoli, Essay writing competitions held with regards to 77th Independence Day Celebration on 11th & 12th August 2023.

Guest Speaker Mrs. Ashwini Siddaramaiah remembered the sacrifice and valor of all freedom fighters and their services to the society to build healthy nation.

During his Presidential address, Dr Sarbeswar Kar, Principal, JSSAMC, Mysuru, conveyed Independence Day wishes to the gathering and stressed on the importance of contribution of youth to take India towards Atma Nirbhar Bharat.
