World Malaria Day 2023
In Commemoration with 108th Jayanthi Celebration of His Holiness Jagadguru Dr. Sri Shivaratri Rajendra Mahaswamiji, Department of PG studies in Swasthavritta organized Live Quiz on Yoga for UG Students and PG students of GAMC, GNYC and JSS Ayurveda Medical College, Mysuru on 21-9-2023 at 2.00 pm in Yoga Hall. The event was inaugurated by Dr. Sarbeswar kar, Principal JSSAMC, Mysuru.
Total 10 teams of three students in each group participated in the Quiz for whom preliminary round was conducted and for final round, 5 teams qualified. The teams were named as Ahimsa, Satya, Asteya, Brahmacharya, Aparigraha, Shaucha, Santosha, Tapa, Swadhyaya, Iswara Pranidhana.
Total 04 Rounds were conducted for quiz- 2 regular round, visual round, Rapid fire round. To attract the audience of the quiz, there was even audience question after each round of quiz. The winners of the Quiz were Dr. Anjana Krishnan, Dr. Soubhagya Mathapathi, Dr. Sowmya. B. M, 3rd Year PG scholars, Dept of PG studies in Swasthavritta, GAMC, Mysuru and runner ups were Miss. Mahalakshmi. M.M, Miss. Harshitha. V. Kumari, Miss. Gowri. H.C, III BAMS Students, JSSAMC, Mysuru. And Second Runner ups were Miss. Namitha. S Desai, Miss Rajashree. R, Mr. Manoj kumar . M. V, III BNYS students, GNYC, Mysuru.
Quiz master was Dr.Sushmitha. C.T, Assistant Professor, Department of PG studies in Swasthavritta, and Dr. P.Sudhakar Reddy, Prof. & Head, Department of PG studies in Swasthavritta, JSSAMC, Mysuru.
