Inauguration of Inter - Departmental Seminar

As a part of academic activities of postgraduate studies, inter-departmental seminar was inaugurated on 20th June 2023 at JSS Ayurveda medical college, Mysuru. The Chief Guest for the program was Dr. Madhu C.P, Medical superintendent, JSS Hospital, Mysuru. Theprogram was begun with prayer by the PG Scholars Dr. Rachana and Kavya.

The guest and gathering was welcome by Dr. Beena M .D, PG Coordinator and Associate professor, Department of PG studies in Kayachikitsa.

The program was inaugurated by the chief guest Dr. Madhu C.P, Medical superintendent, JSS Hospital, Mysuru and other dignitaries on the dais. Dr. Preethi H M introduced guest to the gathering.

Chief guest Dr. Madhu C.P, Medical superintendent, JSS Hospital, Mysuru in his inaugural address mentioned the need of updating the knowledge by each doctor as it is very much important know the current treatment modalities or to know the diagnosing methods etc. for the successful treatment of the patient. He said that it is important note that the treatment protocol may be prepared as per the need of the patient by blending different systems of medicines. He assured to extend any kind of help and knowledge sharing activities whenever required and will be helpful.The guest emphasized on upgrading the knowledge by conducting seminars and workshops.

The presidential address was rendered by Dr. Rajesh A Udapudi, Dean, Professor & Head, Department of PG studies in Kayachikitsa.

Vote of thanks was proposed by Dr. Sowmya M.N, Seminar Coordinator & Associate professor, Department of PG studies in Swasthavritta.

Master of ceremony was done by Dr. Anukrishna, Assistant professor, Department of PG studies in Kayachikitsa.
