EXAM ORIENTED GUEST LECTURE SERIES “PADARTHA & SAMHITA CHINTANA”
Department of Ayurveda Samhita & Siddhanta conducted 7 days Exam oriented guest lecture series i.e. from 04-01-2025 to 10-01-2025 for 1st Prof. BAMS (2023-24 batch) & IInd Prof. BAMS students (2021-22 batch).
Session-1 on 04-01-2025 was engaged by Dr Shrikanth [Professor, Head, Dept. of Samhita & Siddhanta, Yenapoya Ayurveda Medical College, Mangalore] on the topic Anumana Pramana.
Session-2 on 06-01-2025 was engaged by Dr Rohit Gavali [Assistant Professor, Dept. of Samhita & Siddhanta, KLE, Belgaum] on exam oriented approach to Charaka samhita.
Session-3 on 07-01-2025 was engaged by Dr Rajarajeshwari [Professor, Dept. of Samhita & Siddhanta, SDM Ayurveda medical college, Hassan] on an Overview on Ashtanga Hrudaya Sutrasthana 13th & 14th chapters.
Session-4 on 08-01-2025 was engaged by Dr Rajarajeshwari [Professor, Dept. of Samhita & Siddhanta, SDM Ayurveda medical college, Hassan] on the topic Significance of Pramana.
Session-5 on 08-01-2025 was engaged by Dr Savita Padashetti [Professor & HOD, Dept. of Samhita & Siddhanta, KLE, Belgaum] on the concept of Guna.
Session-6 on 09-01-2025 was engaged by Dr Savita Shenoy [Professor, Dept. of Samhita & Siddhanta, Sri Sri College of Ayurvedic Sciences and Research, Bengaluru]on Charaka samhita Shareera Sthana- an exam oriented understanding.
Session-7 on 09-01-2025 was engaged by Dr Savita Padashetti [Professor & HOD, Dept. of Samhita & Siddhanta, KLE, Belgaum] on the topic Importance of Vimana sthana.
All the sessions were interesting & at the end of each session, students interacted with guest speakers for clarification of doubts. All students were enlightened with importance of reading & Understanding padartha vijnana & Samhita Adhyayana by which purpose of conducting this session was accomplished.
